As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, I am passionate about working with you to incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle in a realistic and enjoyable way to achieve your health and nutrition goals. I believe that having all foods in moderation, focusing on portion sizes and mindful/intuitive eating, can allow you to incorporate balanced, healthy eating into your lifestyle forever, rather than following a temporary “diet”.

I work with you to create an individualized plan just for you, taking into account your lifestyle and your preferences. There are no “good” foods or “bad” foods, no restricting, and no deprivation on the plan that we will create. I believe we should consume food for nourishment and enjoyment, and use food as our medicine for a healthy life. We will also discuss mindful and intuitive eating, which focuses on getting in tune with our body’s hunger and fullness signals.
